2. What is your shipping policy?
  • Free UPS ground shipping (continental USA only-lower 48 states) on all order over $150.00 (free shipping doesn't apply to military addresses)
  • We use a flat rate shipping policy, all orders under $150.00(shipping within the lower 48 states) will be charged a $8.95 shipping charge.
  • UPS ground shipping to Canada will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Express shipping (Next day, Second day, and 3 day ground) is available at additional costs.
  • We do ship orders internationally VIA US postal service (Express shipping only), shipping charges are calculated and billed at time of shipment.
  • We do ship orders to military addresses (FPO/APO) via US postal service (Express shipping only)
  • Most orders ship within 24 hours.
  • All orders are shipped from New Jersey, you can view the map located on our internal Shipping Policy Page located in our customer service section.
3. Is my information secure and kept private?

Your order information is secured with a 128Bit Comodo InstantSSL Security Certificate.

We understand your concerns about internet security. We make every effort to protect your personal information, by employing a Comodo 128Bit SSL Security Certificate which supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Here is how it works:

  • SSL encryption is active in all areas where customer information is requested. You can check to see that you have entered an SSL-active area by looking on the bottom of your screen. If you see an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser), you will know that SSL technology is in place and ready to encrypt your information.

  • You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When you are in SSL-active areas, the first letters of our website address will change from "http:" to "https" (the "s" stands for "secure").

  • When you place your order with us online, your information is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, which is then decoded when it gets to us.
